PRIVACY POLICY  

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?  

We accept Visa, Mastercard debit and credit cards & American Express. Whichever method of payment you choose,  we utilise the Shopify Payments, powered by Stripe, secure servers to complete the transaction. We also accept paypal.

If you choose to pay via Paypal, its nice and simple for you as you do not have to enter your credit/debit card or address details. We simply use the details registered to your Paypal account, please just be sure to double check the delivery address on your paypal account.

I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE, WHERE DO I ENTER IT?

Please note you can only use one discount code per transaction, here's where you enter it:

If paying by credit or debit card; add item(s) to your cart and when you're ready, hit the check out button. Enter your address details and continue to next step to enter your card details. On this page, the discount code box will appear. However, please note that the discount box will only appear if there are currently discount codes active. If you experience any problems, please email orders@heyholla.com.

If paying by Paypal; When you're ready to check out, you'll be taken to over to the paypal payment portal. After you have entered your details there and confirmed your payment and delivery address, you will be returned to heyholla.com to complete the transaction. It is at this point, at the end of the transaction, where you enter any discount codes. You are then charged the amount minus the discount.

ALL PRICES ON THE WEBSTE INCLUDE VAT.

Hey Holla's VAT number is 213 1595 36. Prices do not vary according to your location. For delivery destinations within the EU prices include VAT or other sales taxes where applicable. For delivery destinations outside the EU, prices do not include VAT or other sales taxes.

CAN YOU CUSTOMISE THE COLOUR ON ANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS?

Unfortunately we are unable to facilitate requests for individual colour changes. If you are a trade customer interested in a different colourway for a bulk purchase then please get in touch at hey@ heyholla.com to discuss you requirements.
