How long will my order take?

We are now making your items bespoke 'to order'! In usual times, please expect to receive your UK order between 5-10 days.

      RETURNS

      CAN I RETURN MY ORDER FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE IF IT DOESN'T FIT OR I CHANGE MY MIND?

      When placing a order please refer to the size chart and to select the best size, we recommend that you take a look at the measurements and measure these against your favourite top of the same style (i.e if purchasing a sweatshirt, measure your favourite sweatshirt and then select the correct size of the new sweatshirt to match)

      If it arrives and you just don't dig it, then please return to the address below and we'll arrange a refund.

      WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OF WRONG?

      If the goods are faulty then please contact us via hey@heyholla.com and we will do our best to rectify the situation. We'd hate to think you were unhappy and we'll do everything we can to help.

      I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE, WHERE DO I ENTER IT?

      Please note you can only use one discount code per transaction, here's where you enter it:

      Once you get to the 'CART' page and you're ready to checkout, iht the 'CHECKOUT' button. 

      On this page you can enter the Discount Code on the right hand side of the page and hit 'APPLY'

      I THINK MY ORDER IS LOST, HELP!

      WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?  

      We accept Visa, Mastercard debit and credit cards & American Express. Whichever method of payment you choose,  we utilise the Shopify Payments, powered by Stripe, secure servers to complete the transaction. We also accept paypal.

      If you choose to pay via Paypal, its nice and simple for you as you do not have to enter your credit/debit card or address details. We simply use the details registered to your Paypal account, please just be sure to double check the delivery address on your paypal account.

      PRICING

      You accept that item prices in the currencies displayed do not vary according to your location; delivery charges will vary depending on the destination to choose to have the item delivered. For delivery destinations within the EU prices include VAT or other sales taxes where applicable. For delivery destinations outside the EU, prices do not include VAT or other sales taxes.

      CAN YOU CUSTOMISE THE COLOUR ON ANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS?

      Unfortunately we are unable to facilitate requests for individual colour changes. If you are a trade customer interested in a different colourway for a bulk purchase then please get in touch at hey@heyholla.com to discuss you requirements.
