WHICH DELIVERY SERVICES DO YOU USE AND HOW LONG WILL IT BE UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?  

All orders are sent via Royal Mail and we aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

THE CUT OFF TIME FOR ORDERS IS 2PM (GMT) 

To meet the below delivery time frames, any orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next working day.

* Please note: orders places on weekends and bank holidays are not dispatched until the next working day

    • £2.75 UK Standard Delivery, takes 3-5 days 
    • £3.75 UK Three Day Delivery (delivery Mon - Sat) * 
    • £4.75 UK Two Day Delivery (delivery Mon - Sat) * 
    • £7.50 UK Express Next Working Day by 1pm Guaranteed (delivery Mon - Fri) Tracked & Signed for * 
    • £7.50 International Shipping, takes 5-14 days 

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - PLEASE NOTE:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

Yes, no problem, we offer a no quibble guarantee if the item is returned, within 28 days, in it's original packaging with all tags attached and is in a re-sellable condition. Here's how:

  • Please contact us via orders@heyholla.com explaining why you'd like to return the item and whether you would like to exchange it or be refunded.
  • We advise that you return the unwanted items via a 'signed for' service for your peace of mind.
  • As soon as we receive the item back, we will refund or exchange it for you.
