WHICH DELIVERY SERVICES DO YOU USE AND HOW LONG WILL IT BE UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All orders are sent via Royal Mail and we aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
THE CUT OFF TIME FOR ORDERS IS 2PM (GMT)
To meet the below delivery time frames, any orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next working day.
* Please note: orders places on weekends and bank holidays are not dispatched until the next working day

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - PLEASE NOTE:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
Yes, no problem, we offer a no quibble guarantee if the item is returned, within 28 days, in it's original packaging with all tags attached and is in a re-sellable condition. Here's how:
- Please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org explaining why you'd like to return the item and whether you would like to exchange it or be refunded.
- We advise that you return the unwanted items via a 'signed for' service for your peace of mind.
- As soon as we receive the item back, we will refund or exchange it for you.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OF WRONG?

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, Mastercard debit and credit cards & American Express. Whichever method of payment you choose, we utilise the Shopify Payments, powered by Stripe, secure servers to complete the transaction. We also accept paypal.
If you choose to pay via Paypal, its nice and simple for you as you do not have to enter your credit/debit card or address details. We simply use the details registered to your Paypal account, please just be sure to double check the delivery address on your paypal account.
I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE, WHERE DO I ENTER IT?
Please note you can only use one discount code per transaction, here's where you enter it:
If paying by credit or debit card; add item(s) to your cart and when you're ready, hit the check out button. Enter your address details and continue to next step to enter your card details. On this page, the discount code box will appear. However, please note that the discount box will only appear if there are currently discount codes active. If you experience any problems, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If paying by Paypal; When you're ready to check out, you'll be taken to over to the paypal payment portal. After you have entered your details there and confirmed your payment and delivery address, you will be returned to heyholla.com to complete the transaction. It is at this point, at the end of the transaction, where you enter any discount codes. You are then charged the amount minus the discount.

You accept that item prices in the currencies displayed do not vary according to your location; delivery charges will vary depending on the destination to choose to have the item delivered. For delivery destinations within the EU prices include VAT or other sales taxes where applicable. For delivery destinations outside the EU, prices do not include VAT or other sales taxes.
CAN YOU CUSTOMISE THE COLOUR ON ANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS?
Unfortunately we are unable to facilitate requests for individual colour changes. If you are a trade customer interested in a different colourway for a bulk purchase then please get in touch at hey@ heyholla.com to discuss you requirements.
