Pod: My go to grab and go place if I'm in central London or the city for breakfast and lunch. The menu is full of yummy healthy options with clear nutritional breakdown and allergens (great for us gluten and dairy free folk). My favourite breakfast dish is the Protein Feast Scrambled Eggs and my favourite lunch is the Chicken Slow Burner Salad.

Boys'n'Berry, Fulham: You'll catch me in here at least once a week! Their Baked Eggs with chorizo and spicy tomato sauce is the best baked eggs I've ever had. Their coffee is also exceptional and all served with a double shot, which helps give me that lift after an early start with clients. They also have a brand new menu, which has super tasty choices for lunch and dinner - and they have a cocktail menu for those times when a green juice won't do. If you haven't been you MUST!
Farmacy, Notting Hill: This is my go-to dinner spot when my Mum comes up to London to visit. The decor is absolutely beautiful and the dishes are all vegan which makes things a little more interesting! The Earth Bowls are my favourite, but the burger comes a pretty close second. And Mum is always very happy with the extensive wine list!

Ceviche, Soho/Old Street: I love Peruvian food as it's full of flavour and usually centered around fresh raw fish cured with citrus fruit and chilies. You can therefore guarantee a tasty but healthy meal, which leaves room for a couple of Pisco Sours! This was actually where my boyfriend took me on our first date four years ago.
