I'm Serena and I'm a personal trainer & yoga teacher based in London. You'll find me in one of three places: a park, a vegan-friendly café or my east London studio! I'm all about integrating fitness into daily life and fuelling it all with healthy food, coconut water and the odd Clif Bar (or three). Just like when I used to work an office job and felt more 'on it' when I dressed the part, having great workout clothes gets me doubly motivated to sweat, stretch and savasana. You can take a personal training session with Serena in her East London studio or in a London outdoor space, 1-to-1 or booking as a group.
Serena also teaches several yoga styles including Scaravelli flow, which focuses on developing core strength through releasing tension and creating length in the spine. Classes are booked through her website, and she runs retreats internationally too.
