Ooo where do I begin. I'm a PT based in South West London and I'm on a mission to make health and fitness enjoyable, a daily habit and helping people feel amazing and confident within themselves! Before I became a PT I worked in Advertising and so fully understand the demands of a busy desk-bound working week, juggling meetings, socialising, family, friends - all whilst trying to remain healthy. But it's all possible with the right tools!

TRAIN WITH KATIE
Group Training: Join one of Katie's bootcamps in popular Fulham parks, Eel Brook Common and Bishops park.
Personal Training: At Katie's gym in Fulham, in the park or in the comfort of your own home. 1-to-1 or with a buddy. She also offer's 4-12 week online training programmes.
In the studio: Train the BodyBarre method with Katie at the Paola's Body Barre pop-up at Vida Studios in Fulham. Tuesdays 6.15am and Fridays 6.15am and 7am.
